3. CEO Members: Who accept the club's concept and is willing to participate in club activities, dedicated to achieving the purposes of this club (experts and enterprise CEO).

2. Free to participate in Viewing Expo Group in HK and Shenzhen;
3. To get any service with members’ price;
4. To get any service from the club base;
5. To enjoy other members’ service with members’ price;
6. To invite other experts and CEO who are suitable with the club’s conditions to join the club;
7. To have right to get other members’ public information;
8. To the right to participate in club activities;
9. To have right to do promotion with club’s name:
10. To have right asking the club to help the communication between members:
11. To have right asking organize activity about investment and financing, commodity trading, technology licensing, franchising, talent service, public relations activities and training services, (costs by members);
12.To have right to give suggestions for the club’s construction and development.
